General guidelines for Poster Presentation

  • Content of the poster shall be Title, Introduction, Need for the study, Materials & Method, Statistical analysis, Result & Discussion, Summary & Conclusion, Acknowledgement and References.
  • The title shall be concise and short reflecting the content of the research work and it should not be more than 75 words
  • The author’s name shall be in bold, and the, presenting author shall be denoted with a * mark and underlined. Qualifications need not be mentioned.
  • Affiliation of authors shall be clearly mentioned by using superscript numerical.
  • Shall provide mail ID and contact number of presenting authors below Affiliation.
  • Font- Times New Roman
  • Font Size- Title- 60 points Bold and caps,

    • 45 Points for Author’s name

    35 Points for Affiliations

    30 points bold for headings and subheadings,

    20-26 points normal for running text.

  • No fancy fonts can be used
  • The preferred background shall be white, font color must be black only and no color font shall be used.
