Phytochemical Constituents and Antimicrobial Activity of Terminalia Chebula Fruit Extracts of Against E.coli & Pseudomonas Pathogens

Abstract : Investigation of medicinal plant materials has always been a challenging research focus in the field of environmental science, analytical chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and medicine due to the broad applications of plants. The fruit of Terminalia chebula Retizus (Combretaceae) India and Southeast Asia. This plant has been reported to an exhibit variety of biological activity environmental values that are exhibited by natural products in plants offer significant benefits to human life and treatment different types of disses anticancer, antioxidant, antidiabetic, antibacterial, antiviral, purgative, and astringent and blood purifier. These Plant are rich source of therapeutic compounds that have tremendous applications in Pharmaceutical industry to find new sources of Phytochemicals and antimicrobial agents, Hydro alcoholic extract of Terminalia chebula plant fruit were evaluated systematically. It is widely used in Ayurveda sidda system of medicine to curve various ailments. In this study phytochemicals test used by conventional methods and antibacterial activity against Two UTI (E.coli and Pseudomonas) pathogens. And we found many types phyto compounds and good antibacterial against Mention Pathogen.
