Abstract : The foodborne pathogens are Listeria spp. Food poisoning caused by Listeria monocytogenes leads to a 30% rate of mortality among patients worldwide. Listeriosis diseases can lead to high morbidity and mortality and result in huge economic losses. Listeriosis is a severe human disease caused by two potentially pathogenic listerial species: Listeria monocytogenes and Listeria ivanovii. RTE raw vegetables has been found to contain high levels of contaminants, including disease-causing food borne bacteria Listeria and The aim of this study was to evaluate the antimicrobial resistance against Listeria spp.
